Hotel Emma's Sunday Supper with Chef Abraham Salum
After growing up in Mexico City, Abraham Salum moved to the United States to attend the New England Culinary Institute in Montpelier, Vermont. He’s had the honor of cooking at the famous James Beard House in New York City twice, as well as culinary festivals and events like Prazeres da Mesa in Brazil, and the Punta Mita Gourmet & Golf Classic and Mayakoba Masters of Food in Mexico. This event includes a menu reflecting Chef Abraham’s take on seasonal New American and contemporary Mexican cuisine.
