This event hosts 150 cooking teams stirring up hearty chicken or beef stews in huge cast-iron pots over open wood fires. Stew is served at 11 a.m. and visitors are welcome to show up early to see the decorated campsites with wagon trains, vendors and the smell of home cooking. Buford Park, 356 League St.
