Join a celebration of all things Texas, with more than 40 ethnic groups represented in great food, music, dance and crafts. Hours are 5-11 p.m. Friday, 11 a.m.-11 p.m. Saturday and noon-7 p.m. Sunday. Institute of Texan Cultures at HemisFair Park, 801 E. Cesar E. Chavez Blvd.
