Chili-Cheese Log


1 3-oz. package cream cheese
2 c. shredded American cheese
1 T. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 c. pecans, finely chopped
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. paprika

Let cheese stand at room temperature to soften. Combine cheese, lemon juice and garlic powder. Beat with mixer or food processor until well blended. Stir in pecans. Shape into a roll about 1 1/2 inches in diameter. Sprinkle roll with mixture of chili powder and paprika. Refrigerate. Let stand at room temperature 10 minutes before serving with crackers.
