1 c. rolled oats 1 c. coconut 1 c. peanuts 1 c. wheat germ 1 c. sunflower seeds or sesame seeds 1 c. whole wheat flour 1/2 c. water 1/2 c. oil 1/2 peanut butter 1/2 c. honey 1 T. vanilla
Combine first six ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan and heat over low heat until melted. Pour over oats mixture. Spread in a 15 x 10 x 1 inch jelly roll pan. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 35-45 minutes, until lightly brown, stirring every 5 to 7 minutes.
