1 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced 1 c. fresh broccoli flowerets 1/2 c. cherry tomatoes cut in half 1/4 c. purple onion rings 1/2 c. sour cream 2 T. Italian dressing 1 tsp. prepared mustard
Combine mushrooms, broccoli, tomatoes, and onions in a salad bowl. Mix sour cream, Italian dressing, and mustard. Toss salad with just enough dressing to coat the vegetables. Serves 6
