Fresh Cranberry Salad


1 lb. fresh cranberries
1 c. sugar
1 package miniature marshmallows (6 1/4 oz)
2 c. pecans, coarsely chopped
1 c. cream, whipped (optional)

In a grinder or food processor grind the cranberries; combine them with sugar, and let sit overnight. Then, fold in whipped cream if desired.  Serves 8 - 10
