2 1/2 lbs. diced pork loin butter or oil
1/2 c. paprika
1/2 c. garlic cloves, minced
2 T. chili powder
1 tsp. comino, or to taste
3/4 c. flour
5 c. chicken stock salt and pepper to taste
Sauté pork in small amount of butter or oil until well done; add paprika, garlic, chili powder, and comino. Simmer about three minutes. In a bowl, mix flour, chicken stock, salt and pepper. Pour contents of bowl over pork, stirring until flour is cooked and mixture is smooth.
