Families can also attend the Professional Bull Riding Velocity Tour Finals and watch some of the world’s best bull riders compete for the championship title.

In cooperation with the Corpus Christi Film Commission and Texas A&M Corpus Christi, Festival De Cine Latino Americano-Corpus Christi is a new event to showcase the finest international Latino and Latin American content and promote talented Latino filmmakers. It provides a platform for innovative, original, and thought-provoking works that are by, about, and for the Latino community.
Beach to Bay Relay

Runners across the nation gear up to conquer one of the largest relay marathons in the country, which boasts annual participation of more than 2,000 teams. Participants begin the six-leg race on the sands of North Padre Island, make their way through Naval Air Station Corpus Christi, and end along scenic Shoreline Drive at McCaughan Park. Beach to Bay proudly honors the men and women serving in the military.

Members of the Plumeria Society of South Texas offer propagate cuttings, rooted plants, and potted specimens from personal plants to sell at their annual Plumeria Sale. Admission is free, and proceeds benefit care and upkeep of the plumeria garden at the South Texas Botanical Gardens.
