Food trucks of all varieties take over “America’s Largest Downtown Square” to compete for the coveted grand champion prize and a total payout of $16,000. The day kicks off with the Possum Pedal Bike Ride early in the morning and ends with a ticketed evening concert at the Young County Arena.
