Red Poppy Festival

The Red Poppy Capital of Texas celebrates this annual event in honor of red poppy season. The three-day celebration includes food vendors, live music, a parade and car show, an artisan market, and an area for kids. All concerts are free.
Sertoma’s Fourth of July

San Gabriel Park, 445 E. Morrow St.
The Sertoma Club rings in the Fourth with live entertainment, arts and crafts vendors, a beer and wine vendor, petting zoo, food, classic and antique cars, games, rides for children and adults, and fireworks. Admission is free.
Blazin’ Beer Crawl

The Georgetown Square, 817 S. Main St.
A self-paced walking event, the Blazin’ Beer Crawl features craft beer tastings inside retail stores and restaurants. Ticket holders get a map of all of the participating locations and can choose which order to sample and visit merchants. Snacks are available at various participating locations. Restaurants have specials for the day, and food trucks are set up for additional options.
