Great Texas Mosquito Festival (Postponed till 2021)

At this three-day, fun-filled family event, expect to see several booths featuring a variety of foods, arts and crafts, and other merchandise, plus Willie-Man-Chew, the world’s largest mosquito standing 26-feet-tall with a large cowboy hat, boots, and a large proboscis. There's also a carnival and live entertainment capping off each evening. The popular festival, which has grown to attract 13,000-plus visitors to Clute, celebrates its 40th year in 2020.
