Doc Holliday Festival

Doc Holliday, the storied gunfighter, had an office in Denison. Help celebrate Denison's formative years of the 1870-1880s with this festival. There are various authors, Wild West photos, card games, antiques, food, music, wagon rides, and a parade. A brush arbor revival and hymn singing is also held. The Red River Railroad Museum has an open house and train rides for the kids. Look for some popular characters and likely a shootout. Reenactors welcome.
