11th Street Cowboy Mardi Gras
Four days of Cajun and cowboy fun start on Wednesday night with Cajun Steak Night. Thursday night features the Canine Cowtume Contest and top zydeco bands. Friday the music starts early and gets everyone ready for the grand finale on Saturday, which has a gumbo contest, a Mardi Gras parade, costume contest, and a great lineup of music.
