Krewe of Barkus Dog Parade
This event is now a virtual event. Celebrate Mardi Gras McKinney style at Krewe of Barkus, which happens each year on the Sunday prior to Fat Tuesday. This year's theme is "Valentines from Barkus—All We Need is Love." It finds dogs and their owners dressed to represent great love stories from movies, books, celebrities, art, history, and music.
