Texas Word Wrangler Book Festival
Giddings salutes Texas authors with a two-day book festival at the Giddings Public Library and Cultural Center. Visit with selected Texas authors, see their works, and purchase an autographed copy. Find a wide range of book genres including: murder mystery, fantasy, science fiction, cookbooks, self-help books, junior fiction, and picture books. Many local schools bring students to meet the authors, learn about the writing process, and inspire them to love reading and writing.
