Moonlight Magic in the Gardens

A magical evening under the stars and among the flowers includes music and dancing with the Diamond’s Edge Band, dinner from various restaurant stations, a butterfly release, a silent auction, garden strolls through exhibits, and “magic” from San Antonio mentalist James Arthur.
Texas Jazz Festival

Dia de los Muertos Festival

Vibrant, heartfelt, and deeply rooted in community, this award-winning street festival features traditional ofrendas (altars), folkloric dance performances, mariachi music, art vendors, and a Walk of Remembrance. The event takes place at venues along Chaparral, Starr, Mesquite, Taylor, and Peoples streets.
Holly-Days at the Gardens

Four special holiday weekends celebrate the splendors of the season with a beautiful 20-foot, fresh-cut lighted fir tree and a huge 18-foot recycled eco-Christmas tree made of green plastic bottles. Twinkling light displays, trees, Santa, hayrides, and photo cut-outs are on site for holiday fun.
