Under no circumstances will Texas Highways provide your e-mail address to any other marketers, nor will you receive any unsolicited e-mail from Texas Highways except to request permission to send you possible future e-mail newsletters or other services we may develop. Your e-mail address is necessary for billing and customer service processing should you order online.

Our web server analyzes traffic to the site. The information we collect is used to measure traffic within our site, improve the content of our site and for internal review.
