A day of unity in diversity pays tribute to the diverse and talented Asian Pacific American communities. Enjoy cultural performances from countries such as Thailand, Laos, China, Indonesia, Vietnam, Cambodia, the Philippines, Singapore, Myanmar, India, Japan, Korea, and Hawaii. Highlights include a Colorful World Parade, a captivating lion dance, craft stalls, and art performances showcasing the creativity and skillful hands of Asian Pacific Americans.
Juneteenth Celebration

Bring the whole family out to commemorate the emancipation of enslaved people with a celebration of freedom and unification through dance, speakers, and live music. A children’s activity area and an area to reflect on the day’s historical significance are present.
DFW Asian-American Soccer Tournament

Diversity, culture, and the love for soccer bring 36 teams from all over the nation and Canada to Garland each summer.
