“The Book of Will”

Written by Lauren Gunderson, this comedic and poignant play chronicles the efforts of Shakespeare’s fellow actors, John Heminges and Henry Condell, to compile and publish the First Folio, the first collected edition of his plays, after his death. The play, set in 1619, follows their humorous and heartfelt quest to save Shakespeare’s legacy from being lost to time and bad quartos, battling unscrupulous publishers and their own mortality in the process.

“Dolly Parton’s Smoky Mountain Christmas Carol”
