MLK Grande Parade—Midtown Houston

The 25th annual parade—one of the largest single-day multicultural events in the U.S.—is held in honor of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. The parade route begins on San Jacinto and Elgin streets at 10 a.m. and features more than 300 culturally diverse performing groups from across the nation. This year's parade theme is "It Takes A Village."
