Includes Victorian bed races, costume contests, parades, children's events and live entertainment. Some special events require tickets. Hours are 10 a.m.-9 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Sunday. Downtown on Strand Street between 20th and 25th Streets. |
