We asked Las Ramblas to whip up a cocktail specially fit for the winter holidays. Whether you’re hosting a Christmas party or ringing in the new year, this creamy dessert beverage is an easy go-to. Use a bourbon of your preference, add a mint sprig for a fresh taste, and drink up.
FERNET PUNCH
1 ounce bourbon
1/2 ounce Fernet Branca
1/4 ounce chocolate liqueur
2 ounces lactose-free milk
1/2 ounce of simple syrup
1 mint sprig
Combine bourboun, Fernet, chocolate liquer, milk, and simple syrup in cocktail shaker. Add ice. Close and shake for 8 seconds. Pour into tall glass of ice. Strain. Garnish with mint.
