Chi Pham is a 2026 summer Editorial Intern at Texas Highways. He was raised in Houston and attends Rice University, where he serves as Arts & Entertainment Editor of The Rice Thresher. His poetry and fiction have appeared in Best New Poets 2025 and SmokeLong Quarterly.
