Celebrate Georgetown’s third annual South Main Arts Festival, dedicated to the fine arts and located in the new South Main Arts District. Shop the juried artist booths while viewing public art projects by passionate artists and volunteers from the community. Enjoy food trucks, live music, dance and theatrical performances throughout the day, and children’s art activities.
Lighting of the Square

Kick-off the holiday season with the annual Lighting of the Square on the Friday after Thanksgiving. Downtown holiday lights remain lit every evening through January 1st.
Shop Small Business Saturday and Coffee and Cocoa Crawl

Holiday shoppers and visitors are invited to kick off the holiday season with tastings of coffee and cocoa while supporting local small businesses. Shoppers receive a free canvas tote bag to use for shopping.

Christmas Stroll

Georgetown Downtown Square , 103 W. Seventh St.
Home of the Most Beautiful Town Square in Texas, Georgetown announces its 43rd annual Christmas Stroll in the historic downtown square. A variety of activities take place every day, including Christmas carolers and a kids zone on Friday, the Christmas Stroll Parade on Saturday morning, and a classic car show on Sunday. More than 150 local craft vendors fill the streets as well.
