Hotel Emma's Sunday Supper with Chef Jonathan Perno

Jonathan Perno is the Executive Chef at Los Poblanos in New Mexico. He trained at the California Culinary Academy, and worked at Postrio, Splendido, and other renowned restaurants. Jonathan is a strong advocate of the Slow Food Movement and farm-to-table philosophy. This event includes a menu created by Chef Jonathan.
