Dia De Los Muertos Festival

This year's festival features Grammy artists Flaco Jimenez, Augie Meyers, and the Texmaniacs, along with local artists, folklorico dancers, Aztec dancers, an art exhibition, a procession parade to the community ofrenda, downtown shopping, dancing, mariachis, kids' activities, storytelling time, a mini ofrenda contest, a sugar skull class, a flores de papel class, best-dressed Catrina contest, plus 75 vendors of arts and crafts, cultural food booths, and food trucks. Dia de los Muertos is a holiday observance to honor, remember, and celebrate the lives of our deceased loved ones. This year, attendance is expected to be over 20,000 people. Free admission and free parking.
